Booking period :
From 01/01/10 and as long there’s availability
A reservation is effective after our accordance (depending on the space available) and on receipt of your completed reservation form, signed and sent with the down payment.
The down payment amounts to between 30 % and 50 % of the cost of your stay (at your convenience), please see price list below.
For administrative expenses 13 € are charged.
This administration fee is offered for a stay starting from 20th March and 30th June and from 16th August and 20th October.
We send you a written confirmation of this booking by post, together with a copy of these booking conditions. |
Situation :
You can indicate a preferance for the situation of your empty pitch, if possible we’ll take your wishes into account but we cannot guarantee that your request wil be granted. Booking isn’t compulsary and campers without a booking will be accepted if there still are any available pitches. |
Compulsary :
The EXACT DATES OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE must be indicated on your booking form. The total amount of your booked stay will be fully due, irrespective of the reason of an eventual earlier departure. |
Changes :
Every change in the dates of the stay, camping gear (tent, caravan etc) or family composition, must be reported in writing (by post, fax or e-mail) before the booked arrival day. If we have not been informed of a delayed arrival, the empty pitch becomes available for rental one day after the booked day of arrival.
Every booking is absolutely non-transferable.

| 60 days before the reserved date of arrival, the down payment will be reimbursed minus a charge of 45 €. |
Between 30 day and 60 days before the reserved date of arrival, the down payment will not be reimbursed. |
Less than 30 days before the reserved date of arrival, the total amount of your stay is due (down payment and balance). |
The cancellation insurance of the FFCC (30,00 €) allows you to obtain reimbursement of expenses incurred. You will receive the document with the confirmation of your reservation. |
In-house rules and regulations :
Each person who books an empty pitch promises to respect the campsite’s in-house rules and regulations. |
