How to book ?

1. Contact us by phone (tel n° 0033 4 66 61 73 10) or by e-mail and ask us if there is any vacancy for your requested period.
2. our booking is valid only after receipt of our confirmation (depending on availability) and after receipt of a fully filled out booking form together with the down payment. You can rent bed linen.
3. We confirm this booking by post and will enclose the inventory list.

Upon arrival :

• The accommodations are at your disposal on Saturday at 2 pm.
• You will get extended information on the campsite and its surroundings.
• You’ll pay the balance of your stay.
• You’ll give us a 150€ deposit, in cash or with your credit card numbers (Eurocard-mastercard - Visacard).

Upon departure :

• The accommodation must be left Saturday morning before 10 am.
• The accommodation must be perfectly clean when you leave. If this isn’t the case a 60€ cleaning fee will be charged.
• The inventory check can be done on Saturday morning between 8 and 10 am.Please contact us at the reception the day before you leave to tell us at what time you want the check
• Your deposit will be refunded after a satisfactory inventory and cleanliness check.

Changes :

• Every booking is absolutely non-transferable.
• Every change in the dates of the stay or the family composition must be reported in writing (by post, fax or e-mail) before the booked arrival day.
• We reserve the right to refuse an accommodation to clients who arrive with more persons than the maximum allowed, regardless of the children’s ages. 2, 5 of 6 persons are accepted, dependent on the type of accommodation.
• If we have not been informed of a delayed arrival, the accommodation becomes available for rental 1 day after the booked day of arrival.
